"Frankly my dear, i dont give a damn.."

Gone with the wind....

After being asked for years to watch my moms faveorite film, i finally gave in and im glad that i did! Gone with the wind is not your typical romance and may not end the way that you would like, but this is what i enjoyed about it and this is why i cant stop thinking about it.
Starring the beautiful Vivien Leigh (Scarlet O'hara) and the gorgeous Clarke Gable (Rhett Butler) it is a story of a woman Scarlett who can be so minipulitive and selfish, and a kind, loving man Rhett who loves her so much, though she states that she doesnt love him back. As the years go on, we follow her life of struggles, romances, wealth and despair. I dont want to give the whole story away, as that is for you to find out :)

Rhett Butler is always seen very slick and smart. His tailored suits are beautifully fitted and there is nothing out of place.
Looking back to these old fashions show how much our clothing has changed. All i could think while watching the film however was how inconvinient those big skirts and tight corsetts must have been! I think ill stick to my skinny jeans thankyou. (though they they can prove to be restricting too i suppose!!)
